David is resident Physician in Internal Medicine at Cambridge Health Alliance with background in biomedical and social research in infectious disease epidemiology, immigrant and refugee health, international infectious disease policy and the sociology of science. He has experience with various NGOs and UN organizations, strong background in policy analysis and international development, and with is interested in improving health for vulnerable populations, particularly in poor countries. With primary interests in infectious disease and international health, David completed medical student rotations in Lebanon and Uganda and volunteered as an Arabic interpreter for a local refugee clinic. Additionally, David was the content lead for US CDC's BioMosaic Mobile, an iPad application that allows users to intersect data on demography, migration and infectious diseases on an interactive, cartographic platform.

She is currently a columnist at Foreign Policy magazine and the director of WMC Women Under Siege, a journalism project on sexualized violence in conflict originated by Gloria Steinem at the Women’s Media Center in New York. The project includes a live, crowd-sourced map of sexualized violence in Syria. Wolfe also serves on the advisory committee of the Nobel Women’s Initiative’s International Campaign to Stop Rape & Gender Violence in Conflict.
